This free photo editing site gives you the tools to add
special effects, create borders, add titles, eliminate red eye
and a host of other functions that require no real
special technical skills. It is also designed to work

Is that pesky URL longer than your address
bar and somehow you want to display it as a
link on a website or actaully try to write it
down for someone to find, well now you can
cut it down to size with a clever little program
design to create new URLs. Just go to their site,
copy the URL into their tool bar and
presto - now you have a shorter
(under 20 characters)URL that will never expire to
whichever page you wanted. You even have
the option to customize the new URL name.

If you want to make a good site, or
presentation, photos make everything better,
but the worring about copyright issues and
royalites can end the fun real quick. Luckily
there are a couple of sites out there that
display royalty free photos that you can have.


Stock.xchng
-has hundreds of thousands of high quality photos
and most are free. Be sure to read the rules and
sign up for the site, then just let the artist know
that you are using their photo with a link if it is for
a website.

you can add to the archive with your own

This is an action artwork creator. Experiment with the different motion tools to create colorful artwork, then save it or print it. Very artistic image editing site with an assortment of tools that are all used from your browser. The free version has multiple editors, an image markup tool and a screen capture funtion.
